make check. This is a bug in gcc. But can anybody give me a link?

There already exist a bug report about make check is not working:

Bug closed as invalid by Yoshinori K. Okuji, that told that this is a bug
in gcc. Here:
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=71811
you can see that users tried different versions of gcc, with no success.
Can anybody give me some links about what is this gcc bug?
