I have some trouble with GRUB, installer windows and stage2_eltorito.

Hello. I have some trouble with GRUB.
I do Boottable CD. It uses GRUB as loading. Installer Windows XP also  
should include. When I do iso with the specified parameters on a site:  
http: //  
www.gnu.org/software/grub/manual/html_node/Making-a-GRUB-bootable-CD_002dROM.html*Making-a-GRUB-bootable-CD_002dROM  
That grub is loaded, all my utilities work. But loader windows  
setupldr.bin - hangs. If I delete -R from mkisofs (without RockRidge) that  
a installer windows xp - works correctly. But ceases to work grub. And on  
the contrary. How I can solve this problem? grub version 0.97. With  
gfxboot a patch. As loader grub I use stage2_eltorito.
