[bug #26441] Error 15: Missing whole boot folder and more files

0.95 is a very old version.
Actually we even don't support anymore grub-legacy.
You should never use the grub shell with the setup command but the
grub-install script to install grub.
It does more then just using setup (), i.e. it copies the stage files to
/boot/grub
For example: grub-install /dev/sda

If you need help then you should write a mail to help-grub or bug-grub but
not make a bug report.

Error 15: File not found

It is supposed that I should have /boot folder and more folders on my
computer. But now they are missing

If they are missing then this is of course not a bug in grub.
grub-install will make sure that all files in /boot/grub exist which grub
needs.
