Details:

Some suggestions for additions to the manual from a new GRUB 2 user.

3.1
An EFI description would be great, there are a number of examples on the web
which make it far too complicated when you have made "it just work" for the
common case. Provided you have booted in EFI mode:
mount /boot/efi # or /boot?
grub-install
and it's done, even loading efivars for Linux and doing efibootmgr!

5.1
Add GRUB_PREFIX

13.1.5 debug
Some explanation of "facility names" or how to find them - seems to be module
name or e.g. video?

13.1.8 gfxmode
Mention vbeinfo/videoinfo to discover available modes.
