Grub not installing in LMDE after update

Hello, I am receiving an error when trying to upgrade Linux Mint
Debian Edition (based on this image: 201204 MATE/Cinnamon 64-bit). I
have tried using both the LinuxMint and Debian Testing repositories,
and the Grub replacement refuses to install. The requested output is
as follows:
