On Windows with Simplified Chinese as the default language, the default code page of cmd is 936 (GBK). I noticed that if GRUB was compiled on MinGW32, the util in GRUB, such as grub-fstest, will change the code page to CP_UTF8 if it was run on cmd, then the cmd cannot display Chinese properly.
I think it's not necessary to change the code page.
By the way, I think the function set_console_unicode_font is unnecessary, either.
