# mount
/dev/cciss!c0d0p3 on / type xfs (rw,noatime,inode64,noquota)
/dev/cciss/c0d0p4 on /var type xfs (rw,noatime,inode64,noquota)
/dev/cciss/c0d0p1 on /boot type ext4 (rw,relatime,data=ordered)

# cat /proc/cmdline 
BOOT_IMAGE=/kernel-4.3-1 root=/dev/cciss!c0d0p3 ro rootfstype=xfs vga=0x305
panic=15 quiet

# grub-probe -t device /boot
/dev/cciss/c0d0p1

grub does not work with /dev/cciss!c0d0p3, but with root=/dev/cciss/c0d0p3
server does not start.
