Thanks for the bug report.
The values are currently converted from MKS into the CGS-Ampere
system, as opposed to CGS-Abampere, which is confusing.
The current names MKS and CGS are ambiguous on this point. I'll see
if I can clear it up for the next release (e.g. by renaming MKS to
MKSA, and CGS to something else(suggestions welcome)).
