Hello,

as promised I produced a patch series to introduce functions for the
continuous wavelet transform in gsl.

The implementation is based on folding the fourier transform of a scalar
signal with the wavelet. Implemented are three types of wavelets:
Morlet, Paul and derivatives of gaussians. The function interface is
based on the one for the discrete transform. I only implemented the
forward direction, I don't know how to do it backwards.

Please review everything and send me comments.

Regards,

Kevin
