[Bug-gsl] change in bzr repo url (commit access)

The url for bzr SSH commit access on Savannah has changed, it's now

  bzr+ssh://address@hidden/gsl/trunk/

where USER is your ssh username.

Simplest thing is to edit .bzr/branch/branch.conf in any existing
checked out version.  Commits to the old url will fail, so you'll
notice.

This only affects people with commit access - anonymous checkouts are
not affected.
