Hi,
In GSL 1.12, the gsl_matrix_free(), gsl_vector_free(), and gsl_block_free()
functions were modified to accept NULL arguments (bug #25319, revision 4556).
The associated documentation (doc/vectors.texi) has not been updated to
reflect these changes. For example, the documentation for gsl_vector_free()
(Section 8.3.1, Vector allocation) says,
"The vector v must be a valid vector object (a null pointer is not
allowed)."
Similar wording exists for gsl_matrix_free() and gsl_block_free().
I think these statements need to be removed.
Thanks.
