My reply is not related to the initial question.... but I'd like to know if you are interested in the implementation of the Fresmel Integrals special functions.
I took the source code from the GSL site (from Extensions/Applications section) and its related bug report I found archived in the bugs repository. After code correction I compared the results from the code with a multiprecision package and it seems working.
I'm wondering if I can submit the source code and some comparison result in this list.
