Hello Dave, hello bug-guile,

I have now dual-licensed the artwork on this page:

http://uebb.cs.tu-berlin.de/~magr/guile/guile-logo.en.html

under the GPL/FDL.

I plan to assign the copyright to the FSF, but that takes a little
time as I'm on holidy now.

Feel free to ask if anything is unclear.
