bug#31403: Font installed in non-default profile doesn't appear.

Given that this works, ISTM this can be fixed by placing ...

<!DOCTYPE fontconfig SYSTEM "fonts.dtd">

<fontconfig>
<dir>share/fonts</dir>
</fontconfig>

... in "/etc/fonts/fonts.conf".
