decompress _Z file

Hello Sir;

Please I need ur help

I have a file end with "_Z" without any extention 

I am using Windows XP (no unix at all)

I know that the file contains compressed radar video data

So I tried many many programs to decmpress(as: Winrar, winzip,Bitzipper, 7-Zip 
...  , it all fail).

How can I use gzip in Windows XP?

How can u help me to decompress this file?
