This link is a temporary location. I would highly discourage its usage. It
iwill be best if Igor Khavkine recovers this link. I remember he had problems
with that domain (multiverse.ca). Perhaps he can put the file in
"http://alcor.concordia.ca/~i_khavki/" that is a stable location. This mail
is sent to him too.
BTW There is HTMLized version of this document in
"http://debian.fmi.uni-sofia.bg/~ogi/hurd/hurd.gnu.org/sources/oskit-mach-serial.xhtml"
It can be a bit old. Again, this is a temporary location.
