If you read the article carefully, you will note that RMS refers to the
GNU/Hurd system. So it seems that the plan is to release a GNU/Hurd binary
distribution, probably based on what we have in Debian GNU/Hurd. This is my
interpretation of what RMS said in this article (although he didn't mention
Debian, but that is what I derive from my earlier discussions with him).
