Well, my intention was to clear up if the hurd source use us-ascii or
iso-8859-1. Now it's clear. I prefer us-ascii, because all my terminals
and Emacs usually use windows-1251 by default.
There was a bit of interest about the windows-1251 encoding, so here it is
:-)
