It turned out to be "default_pager-MIGCOMSFLAGS".  That part is done here,
but I did not check it in yet.

The problem is now two-fold:  First, we don't have a hurd/default_pager.h
we can include to get the prototypes.  We do have that in mach/, but that's
the wrong one.  Which points to the deeper problem, that we only have the
old RPCs in libmachuser instead of the new RPCs in libhurduser!  As you
changed the interface one RPC gone, another added), we really need a glibc
fix for that, it seems.
