Roland,
Debian bug #46859 is sitting as a critical bug against libc0.3. I'm
going to start arguing that non-released arch's should have some sort
of testing distribution available to them, so that we have a bit of an
easier time with things like the glibc, perl, c++, etc.. updates that
are going on. However, this bug would need to be cleared up first for
that to be of any use to us anyway.
I also think that it's probably assigned to the wrong place - since it
sais "Roland will take a look at it", but I suspect you don't go
through all the glibc bugs randomly looking for Hurd bugs to fix. =)
Should I report it to the glibc gnats database? Also, I think since
the bug isn't blocking day to day usage of the Hurd, I would like to
decrease the severity to something that won't prevent us from using
testing.
