I would suggest mediawiki which is nice, pleasant to use, fetureful and
well maintained. We are using it at HurdFr since a while and we are
quite happy of this choice. And this software is packaged in Debian ;-)

Thomas, anything decided yet ? Do you need an hosting place ? If so,
