Just for the record: there in fact is a way to return from the debugger.
One might think about `C-A-d' and then `cont', but that seems to be a
completely different story. But if you have a real kernel panic and then
the debugger gets called and you then enter `cont', you'll now get a
``Debugger returned!'' message and re-enter the debugger immediatelly.
