Details:
The `exec' server should honor the `EXECSERVERS' environment variable to
allow using other `exec' servers than the system's default one.
The code is there (in `S_exec_exec' in `exec/exec.c'), but currently (since
1995) ``if 0''ed out, because of security concerns that have to be evaluated
first.
