Samuel, I figure you had manually added these changes to this public Xen
header file. We now have those definitions in <sys/types.h> and the two
instances of definitions were conflicting somewhere done the trail.
Where does the Linux kernel get those from/why can the public Xen header
files simply assume that they are defined already?
