Subject: [PATCH 3/9] Fix "make dist" in `exec'.

* exec/Makefile (SRCS): Refer to `$(gzip-sources)' and
  `$(bzip2-sources)' instead of listing files individually.
  (gzip-sources, bzip2-sources): New variable.
  (gzip-objects, bzip2-objects): Derive from the above variables.
