Yet another success: I managed to build the latest version of fakeroot
1.15.1-1 by disabling the sysv tests (9 out of 10 fails). Then I
installed the built fakeroot and tried to build lapack again, and
voila, it worked! If you want I can make a patch disabling the sysv
checks (or even the whole build of libfakeroot-sysv.so) and send a bug
report to the Debian BTS.

I think this version would be much better to have on the buildds since
they don't run with root permissions.
