[Bug-indent] Bug: growing line

Here's a bug that's very simple to reproduce...

For the following code:

  struct foo {
    /* */ /** */
  }

when indent is applied multiple times, the line with the two comments
will be shifted right each time.

BTW: '/**' is used as a marker for Doxygen (www.doxygen.org) comments.
