inetutils 1.4.0 doesn't seem to want to build on Solaris.

% ./configure
% make clean
% make
 blows up here:

gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I..  -DPATH_TTY_PFX=\"/dev/\"
-DPATH_DEVNULL=\"/dev/null\"  -I../include    -g -O2 -c `test -f
'utmp_init.c' || echo './'`utmp_init.c
utmp_init.c: In function `utmp_init':
utmp_init.c:74: structure has no member named `ut_time'

Here's the gcc info
% gcc -v
Reading specs from /usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-sun-solaris2.8/3.0.3/specs
Configured with: ../configure --with-as=/usr/local/bin/as
--with-ld=/usr/local/bin/ld --enable-libgcj
Thread model: posix
gcc version 3.0.3

It worked fine with gcc 2.96 on linux (RedHat 7.3).

The only part I really need is rsh.

Thanks,
