I think it is.  My view is that 'inet' is just internetworking - So any
internetworking related items for the GNU system should be there.

(part of me thinks that should include the network stack, but I think
that the Hurd package should include the bare minimum common pieces and
potentially should just be a meta-package of a bunch of different
packages)
