Just so that I remeber not release before pending patches have been
pushed:

- Simon is working on adding help2man support.

- Ludovic has one pending patch, making sure that tarball contains
  test scripts; in my queue.

- Samuel Thibault (via Guillem) use test -e instead of test -r when
  testing file names; in my queue.

- Guillem, call AM_SILENT_RULES; in my queue.

- Guillem, use time_t/time() to fix warning on 64-bit machines; in my
  queue.

- Guillem, utmp wordsize fixes; in my queue.

- Guillem, use socklen_t instead of size_t to fix warnings on 64 bit
  builds; already applied by Giuseppe.

Anything marked as `in my queue' will be in my next push.  Have I
forgotten anything?
