Libtool 2.6.6 and 2.6.7

Hi,

I m trying compile a package, and i receive an error:

libtool: definition of this LT_INIT comes from an older release.
libtool: You should recreate aclocal.m4 with macros from libtool 2.2.6
libtool: and run autoconf again.

Im think wich updating libtool i will compile then i go to http://pogma.com/libtool/

I get the libtool 2.6.7a and i compile in the computer:

#./configure
#make
#make install

but he dont install:

/usr/bin/libtool --version
ltmain.sh (GNU libtool) 2.2.6

then i try uses the bootstrap script but:
