Thanks for the pointers. I was not aware that the issue that was fixed
upstream a month ago was still hurting people.

The link to the mailing list and its archives is available at the
Savannah page at https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/libunistring .
The README contains the bug report address, just like the --help output
of many GNU programs.
Generally speaking, the Savannah page addresses the needs of developers,
whereas the www.gnu.org page addresses the needs of plain users.
