Several versions of this email have been stopped (for moderation) because of "Message has a suspicious header"

Lilypond-snapshot 2.4.2

\flat and \sharp in the header (or \\flat and \\sharp) create a flat or
a sharp but do something nasty to the page dimensions or horizontal
spacing. They also give the error below:

\header{ instrument = "Clarinet in B\flat" }

  << \new Staff { d''1 c''1 } >>

Converting to `headerflat.dvi'...
Error invoking `latex \\nonstopmode \\input headerflat.tex > /dev/null
2>&1 '. Return value 256
Converting to `headerflat.ps'...
