Graham,

Tested with .29, appears to be fixed.  Though I get a stream of run
together output to stdout or stderr that looks like:

VoltaRepeatedMusicVoltaRepeatedMusicVoltaRepeatedMusicVoltaRepeatedMusicVoltaRepeatedMusicVoltaRepeatedMusicVolta

That sort of thing is a nuisance, but I can live with it if the PDF and
MIDI results are good.
