The attachment didn't make it to the mailing list (probably filtered
out), but I guess that you used the <<{..} \\ {...}>> feature for the
voice split. There are several emails in the mailing list archives
describing more details on what happens and what you can do about it.

(which applies equally well to version 2.4, even though it's the manual
for version 2.6.

aren't tied or slurred, so I suspect this is part of the problem.
