Yeah... we've known about this for a while, and haven't figured out a good
fix.  Or really any fix at all. :(


Devel: given that it doesn't seem that we can fix TeX's broken interpretation of "verbatim", I think that this would be worth addressing this in lilypond's parser. I know it sucks to add a special case just for this, but people can reasonably expect
to be able to cut and paste from the manual (be it HTML or PDF).
