Beams and accidentals

Hi Everyone,

I've noticed a bug in 2.9.1 (using Windows) beam heights are not adjusted to
accommodate the height of the accidental.

As can be seen in the example below the flat sign goes through the beam as
does the natural.

I've also noticed an interesting item in the last beamed group. The previous
group had an A-sharp and the next beam group it becomes an A-flat there is a
cancellation natural before the flat is applied is this normal?
