Text-direction still problematic

Hi,

The text-direction property compiles in 2.9.9, but the output still
isn't right--the text goes in the right direction but isn't attached
to the note specified.

This file (derived from
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-devel/2006-05/msg00303.html
gives the attached output.
