I guess this is intended. The notion "line-width defaults to paper-width
- 20 mm" AFAIK just means that's the default value for all
default-paper-sizes.
But, if anyone looks into this code, I come up with another suggestion:
Would it be an easy thing to implement a two-page layout (as LaTeX
allows for larger document types)? This means, we could set left-margin
for odd and even page numbers seperately.
Or is there already some scheme hack that does this?
