(looks like a weird bug in your browser to me :-)
Here's what I get following your link:
lilypond-book –pdf
The only bug is that the doule-dash is not escaped, and therefore is
interpreted by TeXinfo as a semi-cadratin dash. (The same bug affects
the --filter option below, however it does not affect any @itemx
entry). John, do you know how to handle this?
