Yeah, well... convert-ly has already been touched.  :|   I have to
admit that since this would be an *old* convert-ly rule (ie
touching 2.11.50 or whatever) rather than a *new* convert-ly rule
(ie touching 2.12.2), there's no harm.

I'm going to make the CG more clear on this point -- no changes to
existing syntax, but fixes for previously-ignored syntax changes
are ok, I guess.
