Hello,
the windows binary (listed for Windows ME, NT, 200, XP, Vista) does not run
under Windows NT 4.0 (SP 6.0A), because the operating system's KERNEL.DLL does
not include the function »GetLongPathNameA«.
LilyPond version 2.10 did run on Win NT (but i tried the newer relese, because
this old version did choose the wrong font »Verdana« insted of »Emmentaler« for
the »\time #/#« entries - at least in my out of the box installation)
