... When you double click or right click on *what* ?
LilyPond is a very specific software. You first have to create a file,
just with a text editor such as your NotePad, and then save it
anywhere (on your Desktop for instance) with a .ly extension (_not_
.txt). Then you should be able to double click on this file, wait for
a few seconds, and see a PDF file appear near the .ly source file. See

You can try with a very simple code in your .ly file, such as
{ b }
