On the link above, the version numbers given for darwin-ppc and darwin- x86 do not include Mac OS X 10.5, which runs fine on both PPC and Intel.

But if you look at the download page, you'll see that the OSX 10.5 version
is built by Ivo Bowmans, rather than with the GUB.

I think I am using the "Mac OS X (G3, G4, G5 Macs) 10.3 and newer", from the console only, using the setup I just posted in LilyPond User. (I have a vague memory that the GUI broke at some point.)
