In a shocking abuse of my Release Manager power, I'm making this
priority-High.  I refuse to release 2.14 until this is done.


I want screenshots for the tutorial.  Furthermore, I want a non-developer
to do this.  Carl, Trevor: thanks for the offer, but no thanks.  Somebody
else should do this.

I want to see at least:
- just after starting the program
- after editing the .ly file.  Ideally with a big red circle or arrow or
something to indicate what to do next
- (optional)  another picture of generating the pdf file.  Dunno if this is
necessary
- showing the new pdf

Each picture should be accompanied by 1-2 sentences, but the basic story
should be told with the pictures.


For reference, see Learning 1.1.4 Command-line.  Basically, I want
something like this for OSX and windows.
