In 2.13.4 and later versions, all glyphs from Emmentaler and Aybabtu (the
music fonts) are converted to paths on-the-fly.  All glyphs from other
fonts use <text> and are interpreted by the user agent.

It would be nice to support complete on-the-fly conversion from
glyphs->paths for the SVG output, but with a program option, like
-dall-glyphs-to-paths.

This option should not be the *default* option, because many users expect
text in SVG to be editable, and complete on-the-fly conversion removes this
facility.

An option like this would make the SVG output completely platform
independent, like the current PS/PDF output.
