"We should replace", probably, means that i need to get familiar with
git to be able so propose patches?..

First, of course, i was mentioning exactly this, "we should correct CG".
Second, we may want to add this your phrase, "Most of the time,
"Accepting" an issue..." etc.

This should be added, too.

:-) that was a joke, about "setting *too* low/high, just to be sure..."
