The current regtest infrastructure doesn't support having output with a
different filename than the input.  It would be nice if we supported this.

"What about a convoluted (and ugly) thing like writing a regtest that
writes an extra .ly input file and call lilypond on it?  System commands
are already used in other regtests, like in a (disabled?) SVG regtest."
