Once the 10.4 ubuntu release is out, wait a month or two, then create a
newer lilybuntu.  The current version suffers from a too-old version of git
(stripping whitespace doesn't work), and could well suffer from other  
problems.

Until it's time to seriously start preparing the next lilybuntu, let's list
problems in this issue.  Do we need any updated libraries, additional
software, suggested editors, etc?
