If it's supposed to take up space, then conversely the non-pure height is
wrong.
What this bug is about, is not any particular behavior of either visible or
invisible
case, but the conflict between the pure (estimated) height and the non-pure
(actual)
height. Both have to agree of course, because if they don't, we are bound
to either
not fit on the page or get ugly empty space at the bottom.
(As to the behavior of 'length = #0, I think I will open a separate bug for
that,
because not only height estimation, but a whole lot of things appears to be
broken
when 'length = #0. Let this bug continue to be about the conflict between
pure and
non-pure height.)
